Having to stayed on one of its room is an experience that is quite fantastic, It could be surprising to many that a posh hotel resort like Plantation Bay responsibly uses environment-friendly methods in its overall site development, interiors and exteriors, and extends this to using best practices in its everyday operations. It is interesting to note that seaweeds enable the soil to hold more water longer than normal, and keep roots free of fungi, literally making the plants stronger and pest free! The 2.1 hectare lagoon uses seawater. Seawater is used to flush toilets. A desalination facility converts seawater to one that can be used for the showers as well as for the laundry. The resort composts its wet garbage, debris from trees and shrubs, seaweeds collected from the beach, and enhance it with lime dust.It is an impressive experience i had back at Plantation Bay and I'm looking forward to my next vacation there.
